I have just refinanced with Advance Advisory through Lewis and I can't recommend him highly enough. With all the interest rate uncertainty I was having difficulty with my bank. I had a fixed loan coming off and due for refinancing and all the bank did was delay and delay. They then rolled my fixed rate over into a new loan at a higher rate than my existing variable. I had been in discussions with Lewis and he managed to sort the issue with a much better rate. All this and I still haven't heard from the bank?
